has anyone seen the 6ft tall lifesize fred at spencers yet...i got a flyer in the mail today advertising it for 299.99...it says 10 different phrases from the films and the head moves when it talks....horrible head and glove on it...but will a little work...it could be really nice..i may look out for this one after halloween and get it on clearance, i have some other props spencers sells during hallowen that i got really really cheap after the holiday...

Seen it yesterday. Very kickass peice, the glove is shitty ass plastic but you can always change that! I\'d like to get it and peel of the face and put one of marks freddy\'s on it to make it the best.

yeah they got one here, the girl said if they still have the 3 they have after halloween they would be 50% off, i told her it\'d be cooler with a good mask and glove on, which it would hehe

yeah not worth the $300 as they sell it but with some work it could look nice. i don\'t think you can peel off the mask that\'s on there though. i didn\'t really try too hard (cuz i didn\'t wanna have to buy it :wink: ) but i gave one a few tugs in the store and it was on there pretty good.

Yep they have it there. It\'s not very tall, and the movement is very static, not worth the $300, IMHO.

I\'ve seen it..nice for a store display for pople who don\'t know any better.
But seriously 299 isn\'t that bad of a price, if that same fred had a real glove and a independent mask makers mask and a replica sweater/hat etc, etc... then they would want 3000 instead of 300.
