Hey everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has, or knows of a place to get a few vintage Freddy posters?
I\'ve checked all of the poster places here in Toronto, and they only have the theatrical versions. I\'m talking about those posters that featured Freddy from part 2 holding the glove against his face, or looking over his shoulder. There is a great one from part 3 where he\'s holding a skull and pointing to himself. You see, I once had these posters when I was a kid, but I didn\'t treat them well, and they were eventually ripped and thrown out.
I\'m currently finishing up my basement in my new house, and I have many posters and busts, masks etc. that I want to display. I would LOVE to come across some of these gems, preferably in near mint to mint condition.
Thanks to anyone who can help.

I\'ve had these posters for what seems like forever. I can actually remember being in high school and walking an hour to and from KMart to buy the part 4 (trenchcoat) :woot: .

I\'m not posting this picture to gloat, but simply to help bring back some fond memories if you will  . I dug these babies out last summer and snapped some pics of some of my old poster lot. I plan to have them mounted for display in the same fashion as all my others.

AAAAAAAAAAggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!

You guys are killin\' me!!!! MAN I\'m jealous!
Chainsaw, THOSE 4 posters are the ones that I had! Those 4 in particular are the ones that I\'m searchin\' for. The only one that I still have only because I had it laminated 18 years ago when I was 13, is a great poster from part 2. Got it from my local video store when it was taken down. It\'s a side shot of Freddy with his teeth clenched and the glove resting on his chin. To the right it says: THE MAN OF YOUR DREAMS IS BACK! I\'ve never seen another one like it around, so I\'d say that it\'s pretty rare.
SPAZ, I\'ve been checking eBay since yesterday, with no luck YET, but I\'m sure that I\'ll find them there sooner or later. Hell, you said that you scored a bunch in a lot, so I\'m sure I\'ll get lucky. Thanks for sayin\' that you\'ll keep an eye out. Appreciate it.

Would either of you guys be willing to sell me your Freddy posters? I\'m really gettin\' impatient with eBay. Checkin\' every day but with no luck. Thanks man.

Hi Andrew.

I\'m real sorry man but right now I don\'t think I could bring myself to sell them and if I did I would need a nice price.... nostalgia is costly Smile .

I\'m going to search around and see if I can help you find some. If I change my mind I\'ll let you know. Best of luck!

Here is a Swedish site with movie posters, they shipp worldwide!

http://www.essemposters.se/index.php

They mayby not have Nightmare on... posters now BUT they got new posters all the time. If you search on the website and not find Nightmare on elmstreet posters, try this.. terror på elmstreet. Thats the Swedish name.

$1 is 7,50 Swedish kronor. So you can compare the prices.

GOOD LUCK!
