That looks great! I think if you yellowed the teeth just a hair it would really set off the piece.

I had slightly yellowed the teeth but it does not show up very well in my pictures.The hair is actually 3 different greens and some black & it does not show up to well in my pictures.The slight black/grey shading I did to enhance the lines on the on the face also does not seem to show up in my pictures.In person you can see all these details but the lighting seems to be hiding it.
