It is a great looking bust if you actually get the one in the auction picture..The seller has sold more than 1 of these Arnold busts in the last 6 months.

The T3 T-850 likeness pictured in the ad does look pretty damn solid!!!...but, I personally wouldn't pay 1,500 for a "Terminator 3" bust (IMO). Now, if that was the Terminator1 or T2 likeness of the T-800 (Arnold) that, to me, would be an entirely different story in terms of paying that much....
