Mstkrft Custom Gold Hockey Mask.

Well this is what I've been working on for the past 2 days on and off. I'm going to a DJ show tonight for this duo called MSTRKRFT. They have this thing were they wear gold hockey masks sometimes while the DJ. I know I could have bought a cheapo Hockey Mask at party city, but I wanted something that felt legit and could show it off on display and hopefully they will sign it. This is them:<img src=\"https://www.amoeba.com/dynamic-images/blog/Amoebite/Coachella-Scott/mstrkrft-goldmasks.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />Here is the Hockey Mask i did up from one of the NECA remakes i bought at TRU<img src=\"http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y56/MassacreMaskPit/DSC_0622.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y56/MassacreMaskPit/DSC_0621.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y56/MassacreMaskPit/DSC_0620copy.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />I have really bad lighting to work with while I took these pictures, but the mask looks a lot more golden then the mustard look you are getting from the low light. The hardest part was filling all the holes and sanding it out smooth on the outside. I'm going to steel wool it again apply one or 2 more coats of clear coat to get it real glossy.On a funny not they sell shirts with hockey masks on them, but they seem like the standard hole count of the regular friday the 13th Hockey Mask. I think i might do another one without filling holes and maybe do something with some custom blood.<img src=\"http://www.merchco-online.com/includes/img.php?m=430&p=images/&i=mstrkrfthoodienew.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />

Thanks guys. I know it isn't complicated paintwork especially to some of the beautiful hockey masks that are posted on here, so appreciate the kind words. I was able to pick up a handful of the TRU hockey masks so I'm hoping to be able to do some actual F13 repaints on the other 2. This was just for some bling at the party, haha.
