After hours of watching me painting in the evenings my eldest son Daniel aged 8 asked me if he could have a go at making a Hockey Mask. After a lot of thought i decided to let him play around with an old fibreglass hockey mask i had laying around un painted and not exactly accurate in shape.
Daniel has always been very artistic and his drawing from an early age was outstanding, especially his attention to detail.
So after getting some tips from me he set out to make a P4 as he liked the blood on it!
He used all the same techniques as i do and produced the mask below with very little help, you can see in the pictures below he used one of my hockey masks for reference and also a picture of one of Mikes P4 hockey masks, i helped putting on the snap buttons but that was about it, he stenciled the tri\'s scratched up and detailed the mask and he even stitched up the straps on his own! He wants to sell it on ebay and then with his earnings buy a blank from Josh at horror concepts to start off his own (which will save me paying him pocket money!) empire!
Daniel has asked me to show you these pictures and would like to get some feedback on his work.
Please address Daniel as he will be reading this thread and please bear in mind his age!
    Some pics i took.

He\'s done a great job! Well done Daniel.

How much is he hoping to get for it as my lad keeps bugging me for one of these?

WOW!! now thats pretty amazing Daniel,at 8 years old I wouldnt have been even able to top your work, and I have been artistic all my life.kids your age dont have that high of a level of attention span or focus on detail,so you got something from your dads side of the gene pool.Great job young man.
