Just a tip, try makin one from PVC pipe. From personal experience, its the cheapest best way to go if you take the time to think about what your doing.

Go with the PVC pipe. Use old clothes, towels or foam to fill the clothes with. You should be able to get all the pipe and elbows for under $10.00 at the hardware store. Use 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 inch pipe. I\'ll try to post pics of one later. (batteries dead in camera)

How do i make a Mannequin out of PVC piping?

Here are a few pics. You can get the general idea from the pics. You have to add foam or something to "buff" it up. The arms are done the same way. Use 90 degree or 45 degree elbows, depending how you want the arms bent.
