hey spaz do this: build the clay wall around the top of the head like normal, do the wall completely normal, but around the bottom of the sculpture build a wall sorrounding the whole bottom of the sculpture front sides and back, and support the wall around the outside with clay underneath it, that way the hydro/ ultra cal wont spill all over the armature, and you can be sloppy and not worry about making a mess, that may be hard 2 understand but just try it, its much easier Big Grin

Wow that was fast Spaz, I guess you are pretty excited to see your first mask, I still remember mine, how cool it was to turn a sculpture into a latex piece, hope it turns out good for ya. For the problem you are having just mix up a small batch of I assume hydro cal or ultra cal 30, which ever you are using then fill those little wholes in, make sure the plaster is not to runny though.

Good luck & the more molds you make the easier it becomes, it is an art form on it\'s own.
Can\'t wait to see it bro.
