Still trying out different techniques and still learning the process of airbrushing. But this is my latest paint up, an Alex Oliver part 3 bust I picked up from Billy K.The mouth looks really weird because he doesn't have teeth yet. I'm either going to sculpt them myself of try to find pre-made ones (If anyone reading this thinks they have something I can use, hit me with a PM).Once I have the teeth in I'll probably tweek the colors in the mouth. Other than that I am pretty happywith the turnout. I wanted to make him bruised and veiny, again for no other reason practicing different skills. Please let me know what you think, and be honest, this is the only way that I'll learn to do this right. Thanks guys!Enjoy,Justin<img src=\"http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g29/vezolution/IMG_3053.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g29/vezolution/IMG_3054.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g29/vezolution/IMG_3056.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g29/vezolution/IMG_3057.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g29/vezolution/IMG_3058.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />

Hey Justin my man. I like a lot of what I see... I'm really liking the bruising around his right eye and right side of the head. The main thing that stands out to me is the pink-ish tones in the wrinkles on his neck. They stand out a bit too much to my eyes. I think they just need to be blended a little more with the main tones and it would look quite a bit better <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" /> . Looking good so far dude.

Thanks guys for the comments and suggestions.Jason-I totally agree about more blending in of the flesh tone looking at it now, thanks for the tip <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" /> This piece comes off a lot darker though with these indoor pics. Too reddish. I have to take some outside shots. The mouth is bothering me too. Looks like he's wearing lipstick. Practice, practice, practice....Thanks again boys, and anyone else with suggestions please feel free to chime in.-Justin

Looks great man! The nose is a little dark I think, a little too much black, maybe a darker skin tone would have worked better? Just a thought.. I really like the eyes though. The veining is well done also. All in all it's a great job. I think it'll look amazing with some acrylic teeth or something.
