I've loved the "Hemlock" mask by Alterian Ghost Factory ever since I first laid eyes on a recasted copy that my friend Tommy (Homicidal#9) now owns. When I heard Aaron was thinking of selling this uniquely-painted, thick, EXTRA HUGE blank a few days ago, I knew I couldn't miss out on it. The wonderful "dead blue" hue on this copy feels very "homey" to me when I look at it, and I think it - along with the contrasting crimson red in low-lying areas, accents the sculpture's immensely over-detailed design quite nicely. This piece is amongst my favorite independent masks, and I'm just amazed to finally own one, even if it's not from the original production runs. Thanks again, Aaron.
