    Almost have this finished...just need the chin strap and the visor...then the frozen effects.

    FINISHED!
    Chin strap and jacket in place and frosted. Need to locate the visor and a dark blue police shirt.
    I\'ll take some better pics in the sun tomorrow. I swear you expect this thing to freeze your hand when you touch it.
