If you really want to cut the eyes use cutical scissors. Problem is once you cut you can't take it back...so be very very careful. Do it slow but not choppy. Go buy new scissors so they're as sharp as possibly.As far as templates go I'd just use screen shots and draw it out with a pencil until you get it exactly how you want it.Good luck!Just for the record though, I think they look fine the way they are. I always hate huge eyes on a myers mask. That's a cool looking myers!
