Just from me working there I know now that I will never use them to ship something.<!--QuoteEnd</div><!--QuoteEEndNow that says something! I had an SPFX mask shipped by UPS to me, took forever to arrve and they charged a HUGE brokerage fee so I refused the package, had it shipped back agan by USPS and got it in a week with no charges. I hate UPS an will never use them again. As for damaged goods, I've been pretty lucky(knock on wood) ad although I've recived sme rough looking boxes the shippers usualy do good job with packing and thing arrive safe and sound.I'm currently waiting on 3 hockey masks which are running a bit behind schedule and I hope they arrive safely.
