    BTW, Krylon makes some water-based spray paint safe to use on styrofoam. It\'s called H2O.
    You can pick it up at Walmart.

    Both Hobby Lobby and Micheal\'s Hobby sell spray paint that is designed for use on styrofoam. I can\'t remember the brand name off hand, but I will post it when I got it

    if you are looking for permawet alternatives...try modge podge..i have used it on masks and stuff in the past to get a really shiny wet look...just make sure you get the gloss version...

    "Design Master" is the brand of paint I was thinking of. Tell the clerk you are looking for Design Master Floral Spraypaints

    great minds thing alike i guess...or deranged minds..in this case they both apply. In respect to the design masters paints...just be sure to get a couple of cans. I have used them in the past and you do not get nearly as thick of a coat as you do with conventional spray paint.
