Wow, that\'s was some fast shipping. I bought these guys off eBaY a few days ago. I bought them all for $7! and they all are in MINT condition! These definetly bring back some memories. I used to have all of these toys when I was a kid. About 5 years back, I bought a lot of them again but took them all out of their packages. Now, I\'m getting them all back but I\'m going to keep them in the package and display them. They probably won\'t be worth much as time goes on, despite being 14 YEARS OLD (wow, was it that long ago?) But they still mean a lot to me.
In case you don\'t know who these bad boys (and girl) are, they are 5 characters from the 1986 movie ALIENS. This movie has been my all-time favorite for a long time.

Quick question! With toys like these, that have the cardboard cards that they lay on, how can you display them or hang them on a wall (usually on a hook or nail) in a way so that the cardboard touching the hook/nail does not fray?

Oh, and here\'s the Halloween full-size poster that I picked up at that convention a couple weeks ago. I finally got it framed and displayed!

There\'s plastic protective cases that you can get for them

Protech makes cheap plastic cases that look great..but the problem is that there\'s not enough of a collecting market on these yet to justify making specially made cases for Aliens toys. The reason they need to be custom fit is because when the cases snap together, there\'s a lip that sort of encloses it so it doesn\'t move at all. They\'re very common for star wars toys.

Also, Oscar cases makes acrylic cases of any size but they\'re like 10$ a pop.

I love those though and have always wanted the set..just never got around to it. A friend keeps telling me that a flea market has one but I\'m lazy lol
I'm not European, I don't plan on being European. So who gives a crap if they're socialists? They could be facist anarchists, it still wouldn't change the fact that I don't own a car.

    DON'T EVER CHANGE!

Those are pretty cool and nostalgic. I remember when those came out, right along with the Predator line of figs by the same company (I believe...)

I sold my Alien figure (from that line of toys) on Ebay a few years back....it\'s nice to see that some people still have an appreciation for the older lines....

Definatly. But the set is not complete. I still need to get the rarer marines like Hudson, Vasquez, and O\'Malley. So if anybody spots these ANYWHERE, please let me know!
