The post office is very hard on packages especially around the holidays and I have had many items arrive damaged over the years from online purchases. For the longest time it was a high grade copy of the Incredible Hulk #181 which they bent up while in transit. Most recently the post office damaged a rare Batman Michael Keaton lifesize bust. I have never seen a resin bust break this severely and was completely floored when I opened the box.Has anyone else had this type of problem with post office damaging your stuff.

A long time ago I bought a Freddy vs Jason Movie banner and when it showed up, the top of the box was missing and they just wrapped tape around it so the banner ripped a little bit and I had to be really carefull when I took it out.

Generally the PO isn't bad about damaging items, but I've received quite a few crushed boxes from them w/ latex masks inside. Usually when they're coming from overseas. But UPS on the otherhand, wow... I'm lucky if my item arrives in one piece. Just a word of advice, if you're buying a computer from someone online, please be sure that they ship with another option! They're insurance policy is super slow... I think it took 5 months for me to get my $950 back.

I agree that UPS is the worst possible shipping method and they always bend and squash boxes. They also charge Canadian buyers huge brokerage fees when an item is purchased from the United States.Their truck is brown for a reason.

I worked for UPS last year...I was a unloader and boxes always came off the truck smashed. Just from me working there I know now that I will never use them to ship something.

I had an SPFX mask shipped by UPS to me, took forever to arrve and they charged a HUGE brokerage fee so I refused the package, had it shipped back agan by USPS and got it in a week with no charges. I hate UPS an will never use them again. As for damaged goods, I've been pretty lucky(knock on wood) ad although I've recived sme rough looking boxes the shippers usualy do good job with packing and thing arrive safe and sound.I'm currently waiting on 3 hockey masks which are running a bit behind schedule and I hope they arrive safely.

I use fedex ground on my cases I ship people and It seems like I can not trust them anymore. All of my customers are getting damaged cases because fedex is playing monday night football with my boxes.I am either going to quit making these cases or try another company soon. When the cases are damaged I make it right with the customers I have sold them to because I do not take peoples money.I feel that I have got really good at making these cases and it has taken me along time to get good at it.It would be ashame to have to quit because of the shipping companies but I might not have a choice.AMY

That's nice to know. I got the desktop I'm using now from Dell and when I picked it up from Fed-Ex, it looked like someone rammed a forklift through the damn box. Thankfully the machine was not damaged. I'd have whooped someone's ass at Fed-Ex.
