Thanks, man. I just get tired of seeing this guy's posts about how he's a remake hater...yet he hasn't seen them to know if they're good or bad, and he's got himself so convinced that it would be impossible for him to like them.

Oh please.... As if the originals of these films were "Oscar Material" <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/teehee.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":teehee:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"teehee.gif\" /> I do feel your pain and they don't seem to respect the orignals at all... These remakes are made for two reasons... To bring modern teens go see them, and for cash...I am, however, excited for this remake... I didn't love any of the Fred films past part 2, so really, how poorly can they possibly do, I mean have you SEEN ANOES parts 5-7? <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":tongue:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"tongue.gif\" /> Remakes can be a hit or miss... Though Zombieween and F13 weren't terrific, I LOVED the TCM remake. Some films deserve a modern, dark, take. I'm betting ANOES is one of them...

How can you call yourself a "remake hater" when you haven't even seen any of the movies (the remakes, that is)? I know what you mean, that you hate the idea of a remake, but atleast give the movies a chance/look. Some of them aren't half bad, actually.Oh, and for the zillionth time, a remake does not "ruin" the original in any way. And as long as they make money (which they do), they <u>will</u> continue to do them. <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":wink:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"wink.gif\" />

I'm pretty tired of seeing posts of people who support this trend. Movies like Texas Chainsaw massacre or Dawn of the dead(which I have seen) etc never needed to be remade cause the originals were already perfect. If these jackasses need to remake something then choose a movie that sucks so there's a chance of seing some improvements.I didn't use to mind remakes before.
