(Item Not Received) Scam ! Be Verry Carefull

I\'ve had the same scam happen to me. It really sucks that pay pal and ebay in my opinion are only helping some one scam you. This is a very typical scam and the seller looses. I had a guy in Australia file the item not received the second day after I mailed his item. Pay Pal would not budge and it was clear as day I was getting scammed. I found a way to check his private feed back and saw he did this to alot of people. If you can you should try and file a mail fraud complaint. Just so at least something is on record. If this is something he does often and other people have filed a complaint eventually he has to be looked into.

OK OK so now he is alive and well and whants to sue me for posting is peronal info and calling him a scammer !!!
its a miracle now that people knows what he did he tries to threat me !!!!!!!! not worth it for a thief like that
