Friends and fellow consumers, as silly as it may sound I figured I should give you all a heads up about a trend I am noticing at WalMart. All too often lately when I pick up an item off the shelf, the price at the register is different and NOT in my favor. For example, I picked up a DVD set tonight that was clearly marked on the shelf as being $11.96...when I got to the register it rang up $14.96. Now as I said, if this was an isolated incident...OK I do realize it happens. But I would honestly estimate that this has happened at least 6-8 times in the last 6 months. Two of the times I have even checked the receipt before leaving and realized that I had been charged double for a particular item. Supe glue of all things when it was one of only 5 items I bought. Every time I bring it to their attention, I end up being right that they overcharged me. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, and it may be a handful of honest mistakes...but the way the economy is nowadays and how frequently this is happening lately has thrown up a red flag with me so I thought I'd pass it on.Check your receipts! <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"smile.gif\" />
