OMG!!!!!!I need some helpI need to know how to get online with my xbox and the computerat the same timeI have a routerthe xbox will work but then the comp wontthen the comp will work and the xbox wontwhen the comp is onlineand I test the connection with the xboxit saysCant obtain the IP address???????????

Works for me when i have both on at the same time, is the xbox hooked up to the computer or router also what internet service are you using, if you want to no your IP also go to IP Chicken.com

the xbox is hooked into the routerthe comp is hooked into the routerthe modem is hooked into the router

idk should work, try and restart your modem and router, mine is hooked up to a router

Yeah, I'd try resetting the router man, it can solve a lot of problems.

no its high speed cablebut I did just find out that I didnt get a routerI got a workgroup switch(whatever that is)?????????
