I was only saying last week to some friends that she would be dead before she\'s 28 and join the long list of those who died too young

I also think this will now gaurantee that the new album will out sell back to black where many people where just getting fed up of waiting for new material to surface and sick of seeing what a mess her life had become Sad massive shame as she had a great voice and a talent for writting great lyrics.
she now has her name set solid in history with jimmy, kurt, janis and a whole lot of others who became eaten up by the fame game

the people who worked to look after her although not totaly to blame should be feeling very guilty over what they stood by and watched her do to herself while they got rich off her

As sad as it is to go so young I honestly have to say at this point in her career it may just be her saving grace and now we can get a listen to her unreleased music without her personal life taking anyting away from what she did musically

This news has made me feel sad. I found out by getting a text from a friend that said: "OMG Amy Winehouse is dead!" I was in Tesco when I got that and I just thought, no, please may this not be true. I got home, checked the internet and sure enough it was true. I feel gutted. I own both her cds and she did some really great songs. I always liked her look too. I wanted to watch her grow older and release lots of albums and now sadly this cannot happen. Its very sad news. I personally think that she should have been watched 24 hours a day by someone to keep booze and drugs away from her. A tragic loss of a very talented singer. She was my favourite pop star. In fact I dont like ANY pop stars at all, but I loved Amy Winehouse. RIP.
