I LOVE anvil work, there is NOTHING like taking a red hot chunk of steel and beatin the bejeses outta it till you\'re sweatin a river! Man I miss doin that stuff! I can\'t wait till I can get my own shop where I can get a forge goin.

That bastard sword is lookin pretty nice Colin, I can\'t wait to see that done! I have one and they\'re pretty impressive to hold and swing! I presume like the kidney dagger around 12th century influence? BTW that kidney dagger is beautiful, god I would LOVE to make myself one.

Blacksmithing. This is a hand and a half sword or "bastard sword" I\'m working on (tool steel) at my friends forge www.thak.ca. Robb creates all of the LOTR armour for Kropserkel. The sowrd is now in the profiling stages and the blade is looking....very blade-like.
Also shown is a kidney dagger and scabbard I finished a few months ago...
Amazing feeling working on the anvil...well recommended..!
