Mold Out Of A Mask?

If you commissioned a peice from someone ( or bought a mold of a mask from the original artist)and you paid for the rights to the mold and have the mold in hand. Then YES you can make masks from that mold all day long. If you commissioned a peice( or just bought a mask from another maker or person) and DON"T have rights to the original mold then NO you can't a mold that mask and make copies. That is recasting some one else hard work and deemed illegal in this hobby.

I dont make masks or even play with clay so for what im saying I think if your being you and for some reason want to make a mold out of a mask for your own personal deal, well I guess but i seems to be that you will eventually sell them in the future. Im just saying.
