I am doing a little changing to the Fred mask and I need to know the best way to smooth out the hard parts like the ears and eyes. I've tried rubbing alcohol but it has done more streaking than smoothing. Any one willing to help? Thanks Rob

If you're using Wed clay just use water. Oil clay you have to use a rake tool then smooth it out with the rubbing alcohol.

Usually stores like Meijer, Wal-Mart etc. carry 99% or 70%. The 70 doesnt work worth a crap lol. It also helps to have a heat gun handy if you have one. If you slightly warm up the clay its alot easier to smooth out. Dont over do it with the heat though especially if it is oil based clay your working with. -Bill
