hello all!

I think you´ve heard the things in internet (mm.net,frightforum) about me and I want to take position about it.
It´s not right that I can´t say something about it in the forum. I was banned immediately
without a chance to say something. Now there is a lot of posts and some things are not right.
I´ve not cheated somebody with his money. I know how hard it is to go to work and buy masks and busts
from this money. The problem with some sellers is that I pay $30 or$40 for shipping and let them know that
they should send the tracking numbers but they don´t do this. So it takes a lot of time (sometimes 2 or 3 month or much later)
till I get it from duty. And when I pick it up at duty I can see that they shipped it not insured and there is no
proof about the sending. I often ask about the package at the sellers but they can´t give me an exact answer or they
say there is only the receipt (or bill) that they send something... but I can´t see what it is. This is nothing to proof sending(so I don´t have any chance to see where the package is or if it´s really shipped)
I´m moving my home these days and I am very busy the last 6 month. I refund the money to the people I got the masks
or busts from. I checked all paypal files (but you can only open a paypal file not more than 45 days and negotiate 3 weeks
about it. But I buy and sell so much that I forgot some cases) I buy 4 or 5 masks at month and this is a huge amount of masks
and busts. So it seems I´ve lost the overview sometimes. especially these days while I´m moving. I want to say sorry but it´s
not only my fault. Also the sellers are guilty about that.. I pay for insured shipping and they send it not insured and
without any proof and no tracking number. So I can´t see where it is. It´s not true that I´m a deceiver or scammer. I have
a huge amount of good deals. for example with sam mccain ,jon fuller, jeremy bohr, lewis frye, devils latex, jusin marbry etc. And this is
for many years.

What I was wondering about is the mask that you said you did not get, then it was found by a MOD on mm.net in a thread the week before that you did get it. Please explain. I have never seen this many transactions overseas go bad. Please help me understand this.
If you are unable to keep track of all the deals you are making, you need to do just one at a time or just stop all together until you get you affairS in order & you would probably not get yourself into these horrible situations. The MODs at mm.net gave you ample time to respond and we heard nothing from you. We did not want this to happen to anymore of our membership, so the appropriate measures were taken.

hello mike,
at first I want to say thank you that I can say something to this. this case was not given at mm.net. as I´ve seen the topic and a mod contacted me I was banned one hour later and I had no chance to write an statement . one big problem is, that I can´t read and speak english very well. My girlfriend must translate the most texts. she can speak and read the language very well but she isn´t there all the time. she is 600 km away and she has a lot of work all the time. the thing with the mask is very embarrassing for me an I feel ashamed about it. I lost the overview and I got the mask and sold it later but I forgot the paypal file because of the huge ammount of masks and busts I buy. but I gave the member his money back now. I am very sorry about that and what happend because of my own chaos and I promise that I will be very careful about each item. I don´t want to harm anyone. but I want to ask all sellers if they could send the items all insured and with tracking number and not without any proof. this would make things much easier.. thank you very much for listening.

i understand the language barrier situation and how it is difficult if not impossible to respond immediately. the problem here is that many people are claiming you paid them, they sent you the mask, then you did a charge back on paypal so they are out the mask and the money and you have both. if this is the situation, you need to contact those people and make this right. i can probably put you in touch with some of these people, that are claiming you did this, threw the thread on mm.net if you would like.

I\'m not going for the whole I\'m innocent thing. I sold you a X Hockey Mask a few yrs back where a claim was filed with paypal and what was sent back to me was a empty envelope with news papers to make up the weight that was too small for the mask to fit in even if you had tried to put it in. There is no way to make that a mistake on anyones part. That was fraud. I outed you on it when paypal wouldn\'t do anything. Only then did you send me back the money. I\'m over it. But a scam is a scam. And in my case you where guilty. That\'s all I have to say about it.

@mike: a big problem was that I opened the files very late at the last moment. (after 40 to 45 days) after that I`ve waited 3 weeks for the dicision from paypal. But because of the very slow and cheep shipping a lot of masks arrived me after 6 or 10 weeks or later. in this case I can´t search for the packages because there is no proof or tracking number. In other cases the sellers shipped the mask 3 or 4 weeks after I baught the item although the items where ready and they mustn´t be produced. yes I would be good if you could post it on mm.net. and if there´s somebody who should get something from me can contact me at email [email=\"Leicherustikal@gmx.de\"]Leicherustikal@gmx.de[/email]. But they should put transaction number from paypal and date in this email and a picture of the item would be also very helpful. thank you for your help.

You claim you received my package months ago, and yet you just informed me of this yesterday, claiming that the reason you didn\'t send the payment... is because you forgot how much to send?!?!! You had my email address and FrightStuff user name, you could have simply asked had this been such a huge issue. Instead, for months you ignored that responsibility until I had Paypal contact you recently after reading a 3 page thread on MM.net about this exact same situation happening to several others.

Please take your absurd excuses elsewhere,
