    you can enroll online to pay your bills theres a section in there where u dispute the charge i had to do it a few times..about 6 days alter you get a letter saying it was credited to your account

    its still charged to you accoutn until they review and reverse it..it normally shows the credit by the next statement..

    Okay, cool. I was afraid if I paid it that would be the same as telling them to close the books on that transaction. I'll be e-mailing him in a day or two and telling him that if he cannot get back to me with tracking #s or ship it on Wednesday with tracking #s then I will be opening a Paypal complaint.
