Anyone deal with or know anyone with Sleep Apnea?I got my sleep study results back. The low down is this:%.1 stage 3, %0 stage 4. 409 extra systoles (heart contractions).1 apneic event.139 hypopneic events.Hypopnea AHI is 23.3 (what's that?)270 arousalsFrequent PVC's and some second degree heart block noted.Moderate obstructive sleep apnea with desaturations to %91. That's blood oxygen, right??Total sleep time was 357.5 minutesI'm going in the morning to talk to the Dr and, I guess, get fitted for a CPAP or BiPAPWhat am I in for? Anyone have to wear a CPAP?

I've had some family members who have worn them. It's a little cumbersome at first, but they were used to it in about 2 weeks.

My best friend liam has it..when he'd sleep over here, i'd hear him literally stop breathing for like 5 seconds, then gasp for air and make a weird noise.

I have an uncle that has to wear the mask. He said the sleep is worth it.
