Don\'t be too harsh, it\'s only my second sculpture/mini head and it\'s not finished. It\'s actually starting to look like what I see in my head though, so I thought it\'d be fun to see what you guys think so far.

I\'m kicking around the idea of having his other eye resting on his tongue, connected back to the socket by a bunch of veins and cords. I think that\'d be hip looking. Anyway, here\'s the little guy. I can\'t wait to actually get a whole lotta clay and try to do something big. I think it\'ll be easier then these little guys. I hope so anyway.

Sorry for the not so great pics. I haven\'t figured out how to get clear close ups, and the batteries are almost dead in the camera.

Awesome man. That would make a great latex mask for when you start doing full scale sculpts. The eyeball idea would make it cool as hell also.

Pic #4: "Stove of the Dead"

    lol great stuff.

thanks VF. I really, really want to try to make masks, but I don\'t have any money for all the materials, (not even the clay, *sigh*) so I got a little box of sculpey and I\'ve been trying to learn with that. I can\'t wait to get like 50 pounds of WED and have at it.

I\'m still reading about molding, but I think the way the lower jaw is dislocated and dangling, and with the holes through the cheek flesh, it might not be moldable if I made it full size.

But again, I\'ve never molded anything, and I\'m sure there\'s tricks for everything.

man I wish I knew how to get detailed pics. You can\'t see any of the skin wrinkles, or the wrinkles around the eye. There\'s even cracks in the skull/bone up top that you can\'t see at all.

I don\'t know why I can\'t get detailed close up pics, I think maybe my camera sucks.

    or the photographer does.

I\'m glad I took pics though, looking at the pics I see mistakes in symetry and anatomy I didn\'t notice in person. Perhaps pics are a good \'tool\' to find mistakes. I\'ll have to remember that.
