Picking from the list, id have to say Fred in a Video game was the worst. I dont know, I havent seen it in a while, I just remember it sticking out as one of those moments where I felt IQ points slippping away for simply sitting there watching it.
Clever and all but, I dont know...just a bad idea on film it seems.

Me, I am obviously the minority around here. I personally think CD is not that great but by far not the worst, Cameraman is the worst and his lines are f\'n stupid also HOE is not the worst Hellraiser, Hellworld is.

I also really like H3, not as a Halloween movie but as a cool movie none the less. Should have been a stand alone.

Part 8 is my fave of all of them because as I have said before it\'s the first one where the producers become self aware of the cheese factor.

Worst movie moment in horror history:
    Toss up:
    Paris Hilton (H of W)
Busta Nut (mad props to Indicia X for also thinking this)

At least Hilty has a great death , so Busta Nut is officially worst thing to happen to a picture.

I wasn\'t being mean spirited I\'m sorry if it came out that way. I was just pointing out the lack of merit to the poll choices you listed. And in response the the term fanboy it doesn\'t always mean something derogitory, But anyway your insinuation that I look down on mask collectors or prop collectors or toy collectors in general is ridiculous to anybody who knows me and my history here with NIGHTOWL. There once was a time here on NIGHTOWL where we could express our opinions without worrying about hurting someones feelings. It\'s a public forum!! You can\'t just take the if you don\'t like it don\'t post attitude. If you post something you should be prepared for feedback whether it is good or bad.

But in the spirit of topic I will go ahead and throw some of the worst modern horror moments IMO out there for everyone to critique.

    In no particular order

    1. Jesse "sleepwalking" into the gay bar in Freddy\'s Revenge
    2. Playing keep away with a severed penis
    3. Busta Rhymes drop kicking Myers
    4. Werewolf flipping the bird in cursed
    5. Cyber Jason
    6. (Not really horror) Jodie Foster not playing Starling in Hannibal
    7. Freddy Vs. Jason Vs. Ash ever being mentioned in a half serious way
    8. Uwe Boll (need I explain)

Man, Werewolf flipping the bird in \'Cursed\' You\'re sooo right. I can\'t believe I forgot about that. Must have blocked it out.

Yeah, that would be my personal \'most cheeseball moment\'

I voted for Freddy in a videogame.

But to me the worst moment in recent horror is :

Quote:Werewolf flipping the bird in cursed

Man that was just plain stupid.

If you guys want some horror movie cheese you need to watch "Creatures From the Abyss" .

Whats more cheesier then a girl who is having sex with a man and he turns into a half fish monster, and later in the film she proceeds to give birth to millions of fish eggs while a ship is sinking. Half of the effect would be actually seeing the actors act all this act out. And how the audio dubbing is a second off throughout the whole movie. Pick it up!

HOLY CRAP! Alloutmassacre\'s post reminded me of one of THE WORST horror movies I\'ve ever seen. Cory and I were going through his dad\'s MASSIVE collection of movies that would easily beat out anybody\'s VHS collections I\'ve seen here, and we came across a little movie called Lair of the White Worm... Let me tell you, that movie was just rediculous....
For example.. there\'s a random scene with these people in Roman type outfits and this girl on a cross.. A huge worm/snake comes from behind her and bites off her arm... then a bunch of Roman dudes run up with strange looking strap-ons (???) and running into her... Very strange movie... So.. that gets my vote, and don\'t watch it haha.

Lair of the White Worm is a definate low point in the British movie industry but anything from Ken Russell ranks pretty high on the suck-ometer. That guy\'s nuttier than squirel shit

I\'m with Dahone on this though, Jeepers Creepers would get my vote for the dumbest \'horror\' movie ever. I made the mistake of picking it up on DVD and recently listed in eBay and even put in my discription... "Disc is totaly scratch free and plays like new as only watched once because I thought it SUCKED". Gotta love an honest seller eh

    Oh and it sold
