i say make the ears look like those pigs ears for dogs . like how they are dried and wrinklely with a darker tone and have the face part kinda pinkish with blood around the cuts to have it look fresh .

heres a small update.

also ive been talking to a former member of this board (Dan.D) and hes gonna help me bring this sculpture to mask form, so hopefully i can get a few of these painted up and strapped.

im thinking a sickly pale pink/green tone and dark coagulated blood in key areas....almost as if u can smell the rotting flesh
