    They wont close your account Rolleyes They just dont like it when they have to do extra work or pay back money. It should rule in your favor. Just send them a picture of it if need be and show them the auction. I think it falls under \'goods not as described\'

    Well, I didn\'t say they would close your account, but can if they want! Just that is what they decided to do with my buddy...then again his claim was for $1000 !

    Ah ok Big Grin Ill let Pay Pal try to work it out... and if not then Ill dispute the charge with my CC Co.... shitty thing is that I also have another figure coming from this guy... I can only imagine the shape it will be in Big Grin

    Here\'s the real deal from a seller who knows how this works. Paypal with give you the money back if you file a complaint. They always rule in favor of the buyer. If the item is under $100 which it is you will have nothing to worry about. They will give you the money and may or may not take it away from the seller depending on his side of the story and if he tracked the item or not. But don\'t worry you\'ll get yours. Jason

    Cool he agreed to refund me my money... pending I ship the figure back to him... I told him refund first and then Ill ship the figure back...

    So looks like it may turn out A ok...
