If it is flexible, then it def should have been painted with a flexible paint. i.e. latex. Sad

That is after it had been sanded. Ya can\'t paint on a smooth flex surface with normal paints. Then sealed with a flexible sealant. I wish that I could help instead of just giving my two cents, bro. Someone on this board must be able to help. :confused:
