Can\'t you use tiny washers and shape them into a d-ring?  Straps...hmmm... I\'m sure there\'s some old "junk" figures you may have laying around where there would be something you could use for the straps.

yeah I\'m using a pt6 Sideshow Fig

I think I got the straps covered just not the dee rings
