It looks like I might need to file a Paypal complaint against someone on eBay that has decided to stop answering my e-mails. It was suppose to ship last week, however he hasn't answered my two e-mails asking for tracking #s and I've heard some horror stories about this guy on here *after* I made the purchase. Does anyone know if there is a time limit to filing a complaint? I had heard someone mention that after 30 days they won't refund money. Is this correct? Do I make the complain through eBay or Paypal? Any advice would be helpful. I'm not filing the complaint, I'm just preparing if it's needed in the coming weeks. Thanks!
