Permanent Score: My First Tattoo!

I must say that I <i>was</i> nervous to get this. I wasn't nervous about the pain, but about the fact that I was getting it done at all. It is a permanent thing that needs to seriously be considered before doing it. You need to pick something that means something to you that is also something that you will not grow out of.As far of the pain, I was actually surprised about how much mine hurt. Now, it wasn't horrible but I thought that it would hurt less than say...your wrists. But my girlfriend didn't flinch when she has hers done. I mean, maybe she's tougher but I thought that mine wouldn't be as bad.
