Well, technically, if he can provide proof it was made, and then sent, his obligation ends. That\'s only on a technical level though strictly adhering to the buyer/seller contract. However, in this hobby we\'re above that kind of technicality, or I like to think we are. Most guys would agree to some kind of deal on this, if it\'s not possible to make another one, and send that out, then a refund, partial refund, a piece of equivalant value etc, after exhausting means in which to recover the lost item. Most guys have had something disapear in the mail service, it is rare, but it does happen, I\'ve been on both ends of it, and both are equally frustrating. With both of my experiances though everyone was happy with the outcome, either with a refund, or new piece sent out. There is nothing to dictate anyone has to do that though, it\'s more on the golden rule, treat someone how you\'d wanna be treated in the same situation.
