Besdies the dificulty in production, another reason almost noone offers foam latex masks is most of them would be a one time use deal. To get that facial expression and movement you need to glue the mask down to your face with spirit gum, or a similar adhesive. To then take the mask off you pretty much have to tear it apart. Foam latex also bio degrades a LOT faster then regular latex, so even unused pieces will rot before your eyes unless kept in an airtight container. I know exactly what you want though, and believe me, we all would love the same!! Best advice, is go with Mark\'s or Aaron\'s masks, they\'re the next best thing and fit like a stunt mask (quite snug and face forming) If you seperate the mouth (making a slit between either teeth, or lips) you will get a little movement when you talk there.
