I hate to see you guys pack up and leave the hobby and sell your stuff. But when you're dealing with some of these guys, I can imagine how frustraiting and discouraging it can be. To me, communication is so important. Good example, I was one of the guys that ordered a Pascow from Rich. He answered a couple of questions I had before I put a down payment in. A while later, he emailed everyone on the list with pics showing a sculpture update and then again just last week. I have absolute confidence that my mask will arrive. Only bad deal i've come across is dealing with HEH woodworks and I've not heard directly from him in about 15 months. Fortunately, there is definately a fairly good list of collectors you can indeed trust, as well as a few makers. I've dealt with D-Bach over and over, he's always been fantastic... Pugsly was awesome, Dougie's always great to deal with.. lots of collectors here are safe bets to deal with.
