Jason was a cold, calculating, menacing killer. Instead of one who can miraculously teleport like in the originals. I just don't see why people are never happy. They say they want an "old-school" slasher (when most of them are like 16-19 years old) and when they get one, they bitch about it. When I go to a slasher, I'm not looking for a convoluted involved plot with yards of character development. I want boobies and a cook killer, sprinkled with some kills. Period. This movie shares many of the flaws as its originals, whereas people cannot overlook them here, but turn a blind eye to the same problems in the coveted, worshipped originals......Larry
