I got mine from Spencers in the box. The chain,upper body,eyes, and head all move. Plus the sound still works,which is a girl screaming and the chainsaw running, brand new for $180.00.I would ask if all of the things I listed still work. If he is missing a hand that means a lot could be wrong wit it.
