Robert Englunds Freddy is dead and thats the way he should stay. I'd much rather see someone elses take on the original story than another sequel just for the sake of it. I'd like to see 10 different versions of the original than face repeating the franchise faux pas of NOES part 6 with NOES 7 - freddys pension.I for one, am interested to see if they do a sequel to the new version as they could actually do something completely new and original with it and take it in a different direction, rather than re-making freddys revenge (and God let us hope they don't do that!)
