i understand the language barrier situation and how it is difficult if not impossible to respond immediately. the problem here is that many people are claiming you paid them, they sent you the mask, then you did a charge back on paypal so they are out the mask and the money and you have both. if this is the situation, you need to contact those people and make this right. i can probably put you in touch with some of these people, that are claiming you did this, threw the thread on mm.net if you would like.
