My thoughts EXACTLY Scott . I just didn\'t wanna say anything as it would make me look like i\'m taking sides . But yeah that would be very unfair to send a partial refund and still keep the bust when Josh would end up on the losing side of this ordeal . It just kinda sounds like a double standard to me as Josh bought it thinking it was original and then selling it thinking it was original and then finding out 5 months later that it is a recast and now he\'s expected to give a refund but not get the bust back ? Sounds a bit fishy to me . So basiclly all thats wanted is just an apology ? I mean other than that , how is he supposed to " set things straight ?
