Its an interesting question,
ive often wondered if Id still make illustrations/artwork if I were on a desert island, (with all my supplies)
....I think I would to a degree, but probably more in a fundamental sort of way to satisfy myself....perhaps more sculpturesque, building structures etc...more Andy Goldsworthy!
Yes, mask collecting has its own radical reward for us, but
no one can deny that excitment, of showing your proverbial new bike to your friends....
you get it for your birthday, and you immediately cant wait to head down to see your friends and essentially show it off....I dont think this is much different....
