thats 3 months, but the prob seems to be the lack of communication. and that new masks are being made, sold and shipped, while people are still waiting on there old orders... hell bob already has come out with the demented 2.0 lol... good luck everyone

dude people ........... relax . i bought a mask straight from Bob and got mine nice and safe within less than 2 weeks . i mean it was already made and painted but still i got it . you will get your items and yeah if you just get pissed for waiting then you are just in the wrong hobby . if you don\'t like waiting to get something then go buy some crap masks from the halloween store . these are handmade masks that take time . you don\'t see me or others hasseling Justin for our masks or other mask makers . it seems that you guys like to pick out certain people and isn\'t fair . Bob still comes to the boards and you can see that he\'s still around . i would be scared if i didn\'t see him around any site for months and stops talking to everyone but he doesn\'t do that like some people i\'ve heard about .

a well respected member here has been waiting around 9 months for a dearly beheaded.... with all the new sculpts and masks bob makes, he should have time to fill the old orders.... bob please get these orders out, and if you leave the hobby, leave on a good note.

Don\'t be so condescending bro...I guarentee some of the memebers who are waiting for items from Bob have been around, and have a lot more experience in this hobby than you. And the fact people see him around posting new sculpts, showing finished masks, and cranking out more ebay auctions/selling off finished copies of items pisses them off more, because he is clearly online yet simply will not give them a little notice on there order. People don\'t hassle Justin on a public forum because when they ask for an update he gives them one.

Bob, can I make a freindly suggestion.Simply catch up on these back orders,
and then simply take a good break.I\'m suspecting you\'re taking on too much,ironically that\'s credit to you\'re work as the demand is high.There is no need to leave this board or this hobby,simply take a break man,we all need to chill out eventually.

I always have had great service from Bob. Most of my collection is from MM. But I am waiting from other mask makers on things. If you want quality, you will have to wait. That is one thing I have learned in this little collection hobby of ours. Now, Bob is going through personal stuff right now. And I hope I did\'nt cross the line in telling this, but this may be the cause of any delay. This is the first I have ever heard of someone complaining about Bob or his work. I hope that you don\'t quit the business over customer complaints. That is what you get in the service industry. When one deals with customers, one deals with complaints. Bob, I love ya and your work. It is my hope that you take a break and then come back.

For what its worth, Ive never had a problem dealing with Bob, always had great service.
Now, as far as quoted time frames, i always take them half heartedly. As great as it would be to have a new, hand made mask in 4-6 weeks, we should all know better than that.
It takes what it takes. Bob is a professional so im sure he has a lot of orders but he is not going to rip anyone off. As others have said, you can see him here on the boards and his site, he not going anywhere or hiding. Just relax guys, im sure Bob will make good and come through for all of you.

Bob is a great guy no doubt, but I think that you should do a catch up before accepting new orders buddy. But I will vouch for Bob any day
