I just wanted to publicly ask, is it ok to post feedback, negative or positive, about transactions on NO? I've had a few questionable transactions recently and I think others need to be aware before purchasing. The lack of communication and professionalism in sales is destroying the hobby (especially for me) and I think things need to be kept in check.

Yep, like Vez stated positive or negative is A-OK. If you had a questionable or bad experience, member need to be aware of it.
Just do it in a tasteful manner.
