Hey, just wondering how to care for my masks. Ive had some for a while and Im wondering, do they harden? Crack? Crumble over time?If so how do you prevent all that?Thanks for the help!

You just keep them out of direct sunlight, powder the inside and keep them dusted. They should last forever.

After i'm done wearing my masks, I wipe the inside out with a damp cloth to clean out the sweat. Then I dry it out completely and powder the inside lightly with corn starch. If you plan on wearing your masks a lot, I wouldnt use anything with talc. Talc particles are bad to breath in. I have actually heard you can get lung cancer, if you are exposed to it too much, and I read that corn starch is more absorbent than talcum powder anyway.

Talc powder...baby powder is OK but not as good.Masks won't last forever..it's a finite substance but it's very stable and durable. Latex will last a lifetime if you care for it

A lifetime is not forever. Latex will eventually turn to dust like anything but you can take care of them past their usual 15-20 years if you use proper care...though most won't even own a mask that long.
