You just keep them out of direct sunlight, powder the inside and keep them dusted. They should last forever.

Imperial hockmaster (you can't beat his service, great guy)

Joseph and Jonathan Nobile AKA Jigsaw and Sickness

After i'm done wearing my masks, I wipe the inside out with a damp cloth to clean out the sweat. Then I dry it out completely and powder the inside lightly with corn starch. If you plan on wearing your masks a lot, I wouldnt use anything with talc. Talc particles are bad to breath in. I have actually heard you can get lung cancer, if you are exposed to it too much, and I read that corn starch is more absorbent than talcum powder anyway.

Talc powder...baby powder is OK but not as good.Masks won't last forever..it's a finite substance but it's very stable and durable. Latex will last a lifetime if you care for it

A lifetime is not forever. Latex will eventually turn to dust like anything but you can take care of them past their usual 15-20 years if you use proper care...though most won't even own a mask that long.

I have a Michael Myers mask from the mid-80's still going strong, and it was in a plastic bag since then and worn only on Halloween. So far no deterioration whatsoever. Although these days I store my masks a lot better. Will have to get a pic up of it.
    Received:

DMC: stunt mask 5/sweater (Great products poor/slow communication.)
NIGHTOWL: Vengeance (Great mask, very happy with it.)
Suckface: Freddy left hand (Great and very fast service overall.)
Crash: Part 7 Hockey Mask (Great Hockey Mask, and very fast service.)
JC: H20 Replica knife (Awesome knife, and shipped very fast! Great service overall.)
Maggot Head Hood (Great hood! High quality, just like all of Justin\\\'s products.)
    Crash: JGTH Hockey Mask.
    Bellamy: Part 8 hood.
    DWN Productions: HellFace
    Custmcraft: VS Glove
