The movie is really amazing in 3D... everything is in 3D... even Tom Atkins hahahaha The gore is excellent and brilliant. The directing is also pretty cool, no shaky cam and when the killer is on screen he's really well used. The killer moves real cool... he kicks, he runs, he walks, he slide his pick axe, he pocks his pick axe in your face hahahaha all this in 3D!!!!! Even the lamp blow in your face in 3D...Well overall this flick is awesomely entertaining! Highly recommended for those who love the genre.

I had a great time watching MBV 3D! To be honest with you guys though...the worst part for me was the 3D. This is the 2nd REAL-D movie I've seen and both times I walked out feeling kind of sick. I've had bouts of motion sickness over the years and they're apparently getting worse. The 3D in this movie, however, is AWESOME! Pickaxes flying at your face are grrreat! There were some laughably cheesy lines in the film (that's MY wife, who lives in MY house, and sleeps in MY bed, and WHO I HAVE SEX WITH) was probably one of the more memorable ones for me. I expected that though...and it's part of the charm. I think the new movie did a great job of updating the old film for a new audience and I hope that it can pull more attention toward our community. Here are my scores on the 10 scalePlot: 8/10Acting: 8/10 (Jensen gets a 9/10 however)Gore: 10/10Action/violence: 9/10Fun: 10/10

I think it depends on the child... If your kid is prepare for this and understand that it's only a movie... I think it's ok... of course this is only my opinion

Saw it today...for a remake it was good. I really liked the 3D effect. Atkins is great, there was plenty of gore, and some nudity is a bonus. lol <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" />
