It's suppose to be a serious, tactically scary movie, thats the direction the franchise started off in. I love the series, but it will be good to see it back with the scary fell again.

Oh its getting closer and closer guys, i can't wait to see this film!!!!!. What i think would be cool is not showing any pics or vids of the new look of freddy at all, not even on the trailers when they come out! it will make the wait more worth while even tho im dying to see the new make-up as much as you guys but just think it would be a cool idea to only see the new look on the big screen <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"mile:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"smile.gif\" />

I can't wait to see his new make-up, but I personally hope that Freddy is not comical AT ALL!!!! Freddy playing a power glove was so lame. His bad jokes make him less scary. I would like it more if he was serious

He still has one-liners but in similar style to the first one. "Come to Freddy." "I'm your boyfriend now Nancy." "This is God."*** SPOILERS ***In the new film he has lines like: "Time for a new lesson." "I'm your boyfriend now Nancy." "They say the brain stays alive for 7 minutes after the body dies. Looks like I have you for another 4 minutes." Nothing he says has humor in it. You should be pleased with that.
